FINMA in Court – Court Data Online
The upgraded data on FINMA’s enforcement cases from 2009 ot 2025 and a consolidated pdf version of FINMA’s enforcement reports from 2014 to 2025 ( are now available on GEFI’s website. The data show 648 actions out of which 477 (74%) imposed regulatory sanctions.
For the first time GEFI releases data on the Federal Administrative Court’s handling of FINMA cases including more than 200 decisions from 2009 to 2025.
